Installed at 500X Gallery in Dallas in 2015, this body of work explores the ecology of drought along the Brazos River—where my grandfather first taught me how to fish with a string and a paperclip—and takes inspiration from John Graves' own journey and 1960 memoir, Goodbye to A River.
